Roff T07 Extrofix Tile Adhesive is a high-performance highly polymer-modified thin-set grey adhesive specially engineered for fixing all types of tiles and natural stones on both vertical and horizontal surfaces. The advanced polymer modification delivers superior bonding strength, enhanced flexibility, and excellent workability, making it a reliable solution for a wide range of residential and commercial tiling applications. Its versatile formulation is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, providing dependable adhesion performance across dry and wet environments.
The adhesive is compatible with ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, porcelain tiles, and natural stone surfaces, making it an ideal choice for interior and exterior floor tiling, wall tile installations, bathrooms, kitchens, utility areas, living spaces, and commercial environments. The high-performance formulation is designed to withstand varying climate conditions and moisture exposure while maintaining strong and durable tile bonding over time. Its grey color provides economical coverage and is particularly suitable for standard tile and stone installations where adhesive visibility is not a concern.
Roff T07 Extrofix is suitable for both horizontal and vertical applications, offering excellent support for floor and wall tiling projects in residential homes, offices, retail spaces, and outdoor installations. The advanced polymer technology improves adhesion and handling characteristics, ensuring secure tile fixing and long-term durability even in challenging installation conditions.
For proper installation, the substrate should be clean, dry, level, and free from dust, grease, oil, paint, or loose particles before application. The adhesive should be mixed thoroughly with clean water until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved and then applied evenly using an appropriate notched trowel selected according to tile size and application area. Tiles should be pressed firmly into the adhesive bed to ensure complete coverage and proper bonding support beneath the tile surface, while spacers should be used to maintain uniform grout joints and alignment. After installation, allow the tiled surface to cure for approximately 24–48 hours before grouting, and avoid foot traffic or heavy loads during the curing period to achieve maximum bonding strength and long-term durability.
