Roff T06 VFA Tile Adhesive is a premium highly polymer-modified thin-set white adhesive specially engineered for fixing vitrified tiles, porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles, large-format tiles, and natural stones on interior and exterior floors and walls. The advanced polymer modification delivers superior bonding strength, enhanced flexibility, excellent workability, and reliable long-term durability for demanding residential and commercial tiling applications. Its white adhesive formulation prevents shadow marks and color bleed-through behind light-coloured, translucent, and premium tiles, ensuring a clean and aesthetically refined finish.
The adhesive is particularly suitable for large format tile installations, vitrified and porcelain tile applications, premium ceramic tiling, natural stone installations, and vertical wall tiling projects requiring strong adhesion and non-slip performance. Its advanced non-slip properties help reduce tile slippage on vertical surfaces, making it ideal for wall cladding, feature walls, bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-end tile installations where precise alignment and stability are essential.
One of the key advantages of Roff T06 VFA is its extended open time, which provides installers with additional working time for accurate tile placement, alignment, and adjustment. This extended working window is especially beneficial for large-format tiles and low-porosity porcelain surfaces that require careful positioning to achieve a professional finish. The white formulation also preserves the true appearance of light-coloured and translucent tiles by eliminating dark background shading commonly associated with grey adhesives.
For proper installation, the substrate should be clean, dry, level, structurally sound, and free from dust, grease, oil, paint, or loose particles before application. The adhesive should be mixed thoroughly with clean water until a smooth, lump-free white consistency is achieved and then applied evenly using an appropriate notched trowel selected according to tile size and installation requirements. Tiles should be pressed firmly into the adhesive bed to ensure complete coverage and proper bonding support beneath the tile surface. The extended open time allows for tile adjustment and precise alignment, while the non-slip formulation helps hold tiles securely in position during wall installations. After installation, allow the tiled surface to cure for approximately 24–48 hours before grouting, and avoid foot traffic or heavy loads during the curing period to achieve maximum bonding strength and long-term durability.
