MYK Laticrete 325 High Flex Tile & Stone Adhesive is a premium high-strength polymer-modified white adhesive specially engineered for interior and exterior tile and natural stone installations that require enhanced flexibility, durability, and water resistance. Manufactured by MYK Laticrete, the advanced formulation provides superior bonding strength while accommodating substrate movement, vibration, and thermal expansion, making it ideal for demanding residential and commercial applications. Its white adhesive base prevents shadow marks and color bleed-through behind light-coloured or translucent tiles, ensuring a clean and premium aesthetic finish.

The adhesive is particularly suitable for swimming pools, balconies, terraces, exterior walls and floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and other environments exposed to water, temperature changes, or structural movement. The high-flex formulation helps absorb stress caused by thermal variations and movement within the substrate, reducing the risk of tile cracking, debonding, or surface failure over time. Its shock-resistant and water-resistant properties make it especially effective for outdoor applications and wet areas where long-term performance and durability are essential.

MYK Laticrete 325 High Flex is also ideal for premium light-coloured vitrified tiles, natural stones, marble, and decorative surfaces where aesthetics and strong adhesion are equally important. The white formulation ensures that no dark shadows or adhesive discoloration appear behind expensive or translucent materials, preserving the original appearance and finish of the installation.

For proper installation, the substrate should be clean, dry, structurally sound, and free from dust, grease, oil, or loose particles before application. In wet areas or swimming pool installations, ensure the surface has been properly waterproofed prior to tiling. The adhesive should be mixed thoroughly with clean water until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved and then applied evenly using an appropriate notched trowel based on tile size and application requirements. Tiles should be pressed firmly into the adhesive bed to ensure complete coverage and strong bonding support beneath the tile surface. The high-flex formulation accommodates movement and thermal stress while maintaining secure adhesion in challenging conditions. After installation, allow the tiled surface to cure for approximately 48–72 hours before grouting or exposing it to water, heavy traffic, or outdoor conditions to achieve maximum bonding strength and long-term durability.
