MYK Laticrete 325 High Flex Tile & Stone Adhesive is a premium high-strength polymer-modified grey adhesive specially engineered for interior and exterior tile and natural stone installations that require enhanced flexibility, durability, and water resistance. Manufactured by MYK Laticrete, the advanced formulation delivers superior bonding strength while accommodating substrate movement, vibration, and thermal expansion, making it ideal for demanding residential and commercial tiling applications. Its grey formulation provides economical coverage and is particularly suitable for dark-coloured or opaque tiles where adhesive color visibility is not a concern.

The adhesive is highly suitable for swimming pools, balconies, terraces, exterior walls and floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and other challenging environments exposed to water, weather changes, and structural movement. The high-flex technology helps absorb stress caused by temperature variations and substrate movement, reducing the risk of tile cracking, debonding, or surface failure over time. MYK Laticrete 325 High Flex is compatible with ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, porcelain tiles, and natural stones for both indoor and outdoor applications. The grey adhesive formulation makes it a cost-effective solution for projects involving dark or non-translucent tiles where aesthetic shadowing is not an issue.

For proper installation, the substrate should be clean, dry, structurally sound, and free from dust, grease, oil, or loose particles before application. In swimming pool or wet area installations, ensure the surface has been properly waterproofed before tiling begins. The adhesive should be mixed thoroughly with clean water until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved and then applied evenly using an appropriate notched trowel selected according to tile size and application requirements. Tiles should be pressed firmly into the adhesive bed to ensure complete coverage and proper bonding support beneath the tile surface. The high-flex formulation accommodates movement and thermal stress while maintaining strong adhesion in demanding conditions. After installation, allow the tiled surface to cure for approximately 48–72 hours before grouting or exposing it to water, traffic, or outdoor conditions to achieve maximum bonding strength and long-term durability.
