Permanent water immersion or strong acid exposure: Not suitable for applications involving continuous underwater submersion or direct contact with strong acids

Gap-filling or joint sealing: This is a thin-film assembly adhesive – not a filler or structural gap-filling sealant

Unprotected outdoor exposure: Not recommended for exterior structures exposed to continuous direct rainwater without a protective topcoat

Application Guidelines

Step-by-Step Application

Surface preparation: Ensure all bonding surfaces are completely clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, or prior adhesive residue. Surface contamination is the leading cause of joint failure.

Apply adhesive: Spread a thin, uniform layer onto one or both surfaces using a brush, roller, or mechanical spreader. Avoid pooling or voids to ensure uniform adhesion across the full bond area.

Join surfaces: Bring the surfaces together while the adhesive film is still wet. Align components accurately before the adhesive reaches full tack – do not allow the film to dry completely before joining.

Apply pressure and cure: Apply firm, uniform pressure using clamps, toggle presses, or heavy weights. Initial setting is rapid, but allow a minimum of 24 hours for full structural cure before subjecting the piece to load, routing, or further machining.
