Alagar Super Plast Gypsum Plaster is a premium ready-mix, single-coat interior wall plaster made from high-quality natural gypsum. Designed to replace the traditional two-layer sand-cement plaster process, it can be directly applied on brick walls, AAC blocks, and concrete surfaces in a single coat up to 13mm thickness. The plaster dries naturally to form a smooth, dense, and crack-resistant surface that is ready for putty and paint, eliminating the need for water curing and reducing both labor time and water consumption at construction sites.

Its factory-controlled formulation provides excellent workability and allows masons sufficient time to apply and level the material before setting begins. Unlike Plaster of Paris (POP), which is mainly used for decorative finishing, Alagar Super Plast acts as a strong base plaster that helps level uneven masonry surfaces, correct plumbing imperfections, and straighten walls and columns before final finishing work. The product offers excellent coverage, with one 32 kg bag covering approximately 32 sq. ft. at standard 12mm thickness, making it an efficient and cost-effective solution for interior plastering applications.

Alagar Super Plast Gypsum Plaster is ideal for internal wall leveling, ceiling undercoating, repair of damaged cement plaster, and surface straightening in residential and commercial spaces. It is recommended only for interior applications, as gypsum-based plaster is not suitable for areas exposed to continuous moisture or direct water contact such as exterior walls, balconies, and wet bathrooms.

For best results, the application surface should be clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and loose particles. The plaster should be mixed with clean water in the recommended ratio to achieve a smooth, lump-free consistency and applied immediately within the workable time window. After application, the surface should be leveled properly using suitable finishing tools and allowed to dry naturally under proper ventilation for at least 72 hours before applying putty or paint.
